Monthly / package basis. Outsourcing regular HR services like records management, accounting, onboarding, satisfaction interviewing and so on.
Project basis is used for the cases with strict goals focus and specifically set tasks: conducting analysis, making changes happen, setting up processes, etc.
Hourly basis is used for single time consultations and as a basic rate for evaluating the other services.
Daily basis is used for evaluating conducting team trainings, taking part in negotiations, facilitating strategic sessions and similar activities.

How does it work
Scientific research
For companies who are planning to develop own scientific RnD team abroad.
For Individuals
Recruitment fee is covered exclusively by employers, and the service is absolutely free for all candidates (we do not provide fee-based job search service).
Operations that require no connectedness (conducting online research, preparing documents and materials, building reports) are charged at the rate of 75$ per hour.
Actions that assume online or personal presence of an expert (discussions and brainstorms, analysis, planning) are charged at the rate of 150$ per hour.
