HR Consultancy

Consulting services are provided as one-time/multiple meetings, trainings, project tied services (result focus). Basis for payment – by hour.

Price of hour:
- services tied to project (processes analysis/setup, research, planning, discussions, project roadmaps) • $200

- trainings (interview preparations, brand management, employer branding, candidate experience development) • $200

Monthly / package basis. Outsourcing regular HR services like records management, accounting, onboarding, satisfaction interviewing and so on.

Project basis is used for the cases with strict goals focus and specifically set tasks: conducting analysis, making changes happen, setting up processes, etc.

Hourly basis is used for single time consultations and as a basic rate for evaluating the other services.

Daily basis is used for evaluating conducting team trainings, taking part in negotiations, facilitating strategic sessions and similar activities.

Consultancy can be provided money-free for non-commercial educational institutions, governmental organisations on a mission, social NGOs and projects with high social value.

Empowering your team with a few remote engineers in order to test the new market without additional risks and expenses. Is good for companies with established engineering processes and experience in managing distributed teams or just as a first try.

Standard out-staffing model. You pay only for the time a person works for your project and think about nothing else. Recruitment, team settlement, legal issues, basic HR and management support is done as a part of a service.

Scientific research

For Individuals

Recruitment fee is covered exclusively by employers, and the service is absolutely free for all candidates (we do not provide fee-based job search service).

Operations that require no connectedness (conducting online research, preparing documents and materials, building reports) are charged at the rate of 75$ per hour.

Actions that assume online or personal presence of an expert (discussions and brainstorms, analysis, planning) are charged at the rate of 150$ per hour.
