The team had grown up to 10 people. We'd built a direction-focused partnership system, added HR-consultancy and career support to our portfolio, started the network of freelance recruiters.
It all started way back in that year. On the day of the 15th of August we'd signed the very first contract and had got the keys of the office. The venture had got the name `Human EXperts` [or `HEX` for short].
2011
Simple recruitment became boring, so we'd decided to go deeper and focus on building strong teams. We'd concentrated on HR and IT expertise, and on growing the team with corresponding background.
FIRST STEPS

In order to build not only strong teams but agile ones as well, we started working on Follow-The-Sun model — a type of global knowledge workflow designed to reduce product time-to-market.
It was decided to refocus to the global market instead of the local one. The company went through re-branding and `Human EXperts` became `HRAVITY`. The King is Dead – Long Live the King!

More than 10 years in project ⧸ product ⧸ service management and entrepreneurship. A few years in digital and classic marketing. The last 8 years primarily focuses on building HR processes in technological companies.

Holds interests in knowledge engineering, human-artificial intelligence interaction, and quantum computing.
